Open Defecation Free Zones

Across this grand continent, there are many methods of doing one's business. Flush toilets are luxurious and, heretofore, rare along the TDA path. At many early bush camps, the protocol was to grab a shovel from the camp truck, march to a discrete spot away from a water source, dig a hole and deposit the waste in a hygienic manner. In settlements of any size, the squat latrine is the tried and true option for a bowel movement. Here are some examples from last night's camp at the Jehovah Witness's school. Ladies first.

And for the gentlemen.

If one is a staff member, one merits the single stall.
